Yes, the press actually wants to ask Palin questions. You know, ask her about her policies and her record in order to inform the electorate about WHO SHE IS.
Deference ? What is this, a monarchy now ? Approach her with the proper courtsy, wear your best courtesan’s clothing, and never show your back.

she won’t answer questions until the media shows some deference?
The media is far too deferential to political campaigns. It is the medias job to tear apart the campaigns (or elected officials) carefully crafted messages to get to an accurate picture.
If the media hadn’t been so damn deferential with Bush we wouldn’t have gotten stranded in Iraq.
